Long Beach City College (LAC & TTC)
These parking regulations are enforced to protect permit holders and ensure campus safety. A valid digital parking permit is required at all times in all lots at both LAC and TTC.
IMPORTANT: Head-In Parking
Only
Reverse or tail-in parking is not permitted. License plates
must remain fully visible. Failure to comply may result in a citation.
Key parking reminders:

Parking is first-come, first-served; permits do
not guarantee a space.
· Your permit must be in "Paid" Status to be valid. Permits in "Approved" status are NOT VALID until full payment is confirmed.
· Permits are digital and linked to your license plate (no physical permit).
·
You are responsible for entering correct plate
information.
·
Park only within marked spaces; no double
parking.
·
No overnight parking between 11:30 PM and 5:00
AM.
·
No parking in enclosed construction areas
(vehicles will be towed).
·
Stopping in lots or along perimeters for
passenger pick-up is prohibited.
Permit restrictions & citations:
·
Student and daily permits do not allow parking
in staff, metered, or reserved stalls unless posted.
·
Citations are issued to vehicles without a valid
digital permit.
·
No citation adjustments are made by LBCC.
Appeals must follow citation instructions.
Campus-specific rules:
·
LAC: After 4 PM, student may park in
staff stalls in Lots G, H, I, and M only.
·
TTC: Staff stalls require a staff permit at all
times.
·
Parking regulations may vary by lot. Drivers are
responsible for reading and complying with all posted signage.
·
Off-campus residential parking requires a valid
City permit; vehicles may be cited or towed at the owner’s expense.
This message is a general reminder. Always follow posted signage and campus directions. Failure to observe posted signage does not exempt a vehicle from citation.
